Start Doing More with Less

  • One of the most expensive costs in business is the human capital.

And employee turn-over is a persistent headache!

So how do successful companies deal with this?

No! Throwing money at the problem will not cut it.

Besides, there is always that competitor with a deeper pocket.

Research shows that engaged and motivated employees stick.

Satisfied employees feel valued and work harder for longer.

Skill and personal development (training) is the way to increase employees' engagement and performance levels.

Our team is here to help make sure your employees are up-to-date with all the necessary skills they need for today's competitive environment - all while minimizing costs in the long run.

This is what Instructional Design is about...

    CLARITY

Having clearly defined LEARNING OBJECTIVES, so both trainer and trainee know what needs to be achieved.

    ENGAGEMENT

Presenting training experiences that motivate participants to EXPLORE and DISCOVER new knowledge and skills.

    PROGRESS

Checking for TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS. Measuring skills and knowledge, closing the learning gap.

    MY BACKGROUND STORY

What's the Idea behind 'The Respected Mentor'

Hello! I am Adriano Schembri, and I know exactly the time and effort you need to put teaching material together. I have been doing that within the aviation industry šŸ›« , as a pilot trainer, since 2006.

ā€˜The Respected Mentorā€™ is an overall objective. I know there are hundreds of people out there who what to pass on their know-how to others. You want to share your wisdom, skills and/or experiences!

A lot of you, put a lot of passion in this. Sometimes without getting much in return. I know the feeling very well! Still you serve others with great energy and enthusiasm. Because you see this as your calling, your legacy! This is the tribe of Respected Mentors.

When I was a kid, the ā€˜magic of flightā€™ drove me to go against all odds, to strive and achieve my goals and independence. Today nothing drives me like seeing people be engaged and motivates to learn and grow.

I've set-up this website and blog to be able to help others tap into my tips, shared experiences and learnt techniques. Items Iā€™ve picked up during my 15+ years in aviation training. This way you can reach your own dreams as well.
